First composite 

We started importing assets from Maya to Houdini and presented a lot of problems and errors, so for this first composite we decided to render all of the elements separately and do a deep compositing of all of the elements in the shot. This will allow us to keep going with our schedule without falling behind, but it will allow us to see what needs improvement in all of our pipeline so we can work on what needs to be fixed soon. 

As the compositor I decided to take the risk to do a deep composite. This is the result for the shot and my graph node frome nuke. We also had a super harsh shadow so I softened it and fixed the color so all of the elements could be integrated in the image better. Another problem I had was since the smoke was rendered in a diferent software so I had to use the alpha of the lid from the chest to and copy it to the chest that I am using to have the lid in front of the effect so that when the chest opens this will allow the smoke to come out withour being in front of the chest. ​I also roto the sand of the original plate that the other box left so that the treasure chest will be more integrated with the original plate.
